As soon as you Touch a Resin Bottle, you should wear Gloves
As soon as you open said Bottle, you should wear a Mask "3M 6003 - A1 Filter"
Design or download your 3D model and prepare it for printing. Use a slicer software to prepare your model for printing. This involves setting the print parameters, such as the layer height, print speed, and exposure time, and exporting the file in a format that is compatible with your printer.
Before you begin printing, it is important to set up your workspace.
Gloves, Resinfilter, Funnel, Papertowels!!
If possible cover the Workarea with Packingpaper/Trashbag or a Silicone Bakingsheet etc.
Wear Gloves From this point on
Different resins have different properties, so it's important to choose the right one for your project.
Draft Resins are only unsable for Layerheights 0.1-0.3mm
High Resolution Resins are good for 0.02-0.08mm
Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully when preparing the resin. You'll also need to prepare the resin tank by making sure it is clean and free from any debris or leftover resin. (Wipe it down with a Microfiber Towel)
Check the Temperature (Best >22ºC heat it up with warm Water)
Shake it VERY WELL
If you think you have done enough shaking, do another Minute

Follow the Wiki article for the Phenom etc. Load the sliced file onto a SD Card or USB-Stick, fill the Vat and start the print. Make sure to wear gloves and a mask at the Preparation process to avoid contact with the resin.
During the printing process, it's important to monitor the printer to make sure everything is running smoothly. Check the print progress periodically to ensure that the layers are being printed correctly and that there are no errors or issues.
You should see the first Bits after ~1h depending on the Z-Resolution

Once the print is complete, carefully remove it from the build plate using a scraper or spatula. The print will be covered in excess resin, so it needs to be cleaned. Use a solvent such as isopropyl alcohol to remove any remaining resin from the print. Some Resins do cleanup nicely with Water and Soap (Meister Propper). Rinse the print thoroughly with water and let it dry.
Put your print in one of the Curing Machines to Harden the Print and cure any leftover Resin
After the print has cured, you can do any post-processing required for your specific project. This might involve sanding, polishing, or painting the print to achieve the desired finish.
