The Governance Meeting (dt. Mitgliederversammlung) is the highest body of governance. It votes the vorstand into office, takes decisions on the Satzung and takes decisions on membership if there is a dispute.
The meeting is set up by Vorstand A and all Governance Curators need to be invited at least 4 weeks in advance.

As members are only allowed to speak on a Goverance Meeting and they cannot vote or add a topic to the agenda, they are encouraged to consult a Governance Curator and ask for representation of their proposal or veto.
