xHain is divided into different areas called Branches like Maschinenraum, Hobelhöhle etc.
The following governance decisions apply:
#17 -- 2023-02-12 Budgets
1. The enting can assign a budget to an area.
2. The curator(s) of that area is(are) able
to make purchases decisions within that budget.
3. Budgets can be redistributed by the enting
if needed.
4. The Purchasing Curator(s) is(are)
responsible for making the purchases.
5. We use our bookkeeping software to track budgets.
#18 -- 2023-02-12 Budget bookkeeping
1. We allow the Purchasing Curator have access
to all our financial data. This includes bank
statements and hence insights into banking
details of members and how much they are
contributing.
2. This does not include the data in moped
(username, address, email, etc).
3. The Purchasing Curator(s) is(are) responsible
for entering them into our bookkeeping software

Things like solder, glue, thread, soap, screws,... can be bought and reimbursed. Curators spend the money from the donation boxes of their branch, members can ask the curators for reimbursement.
Curators can spend 100€ per month for their branch e.g. for tools or improvements.
Curators can ask the Enting for a one time budget. It has been established to discuss bigger purchases at the round table.
The preferred way is "Rechnungskauf" (invoice). Make sure the invoice is made out to the address in the contract part of the web site:

If invoice is not possible, pay in a different way and send an invoice to the same mail address, and ask for a reimbursement
