The Mitgliederversammlung is the highest body of governance. It votes the Vorstand into office, takes decisions on the Satzung and takes decisions on membership if there is a dispute.
The meeting is set up by Vorstand A and all Ordentlichen Mitglieder need to be invited at least 4 weeks in advance.
Who can participate:
As members are only allowed to speak on a Mitgliederversammlung and they cannot vote or add a topic to the agenda, they are encouraged to consult a Ordentliches Mitglied and ask for representation of their proposal or veto.
