The Vorstand carries the legal responsibility of xHain and has a duty to provide information to the yearly Mitgliederversammlung.
The Vorstand is defined by the Satzung and is the deciding body of the association. Their decisions can't be blocked.

¶ Vorstand Meeting
The Vorstand meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 20:00. These meetings are public, as is the agenda.
For privacy reasons some meetings or parts of it are closed.

¶ How to become a Vorstand
The Vorstand is voted into and out of office by the Ordentlichen Mitgliedern at the Mitgliederversammlung.
¶ Phase 1
10 weeks before the meeting the application form gets published. You have to fill out the form and send it to the Vorstand. The deadline is 6 weeks before the meeting.
¶ Phase 2
After the deadline passed there will be a meeting with the Vorstand and all applicants, to:
- Inform about common tasks and experiences
- Shape an expectation
- Prepare the election
¶ Phase 3
Finally at the Mitgliederversammlung all candidates have to introduce themselves and state, why they want to become Vorstand.
Each Vorstand position (A-E) gets voted on separately, while a simple majority elects the candidate. In cases of a tie the voting will be repeated with only the tied candidates, until the tie is resolved.
