The Vorstand carries the legal responsibility of xHain and has a duty to provide information to the yearly Governance Meeting.
They are voted by, and amongst, the Governance Curators.
The Vorstand is defined by the Satzung and is the deciding body of the association.
Their decisions can't be blocked. The Vorstand is voted into and out of office by the Governance Curator on the Governance Meeting.

Kassenwart:
The Vorstand meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 20:00. These meetings are public, as is the agenda.
For privacy reasons some meetings or parts of it are closed.
