No one has written anything here before, so I (Eden) will start with my experience so we can build from here. A web search for this reflow oven will reveal issues with incomplete reflow and the common advice is to use the center of the back half of the tray. This is essential since the full tray area does not heat evenly.
I also recommend running an empty cycle before reflowing your boards, or manually setting the temperature to 100 to heat up the tray for a few minutes before using it. Starting warm seems to improve performance significantly, especially for boards that have components with a high thermal mass (such as radio modules or large switches).
