¶ Move to G18
Textiles will move to the front room of G18!
this will gain us:
- more space
- big patterning/pressing table
- industrial sewing machine (lend by a friend
) - couch

notes:
- this is a work space, hangout is taken into consideration but we (the textiles curators) are not interested in sacrificing the practicalities of the work space for making this a social space.
- The Lobby exists as a dedicated social space and there are also plans about a second dedicated social space in room 2 of G18.
- G18 is still in the process of being renovated and it being usable is blocked by the door not being usable by all keyholders. The G18 Textiles space is in a state where it can be brought in a usable state quickly (1-3 days) once this is resolved, but we are not interested in moving things to G18 while G18 is not usable and the future Textiles space in G18 is being used by people working on G18 renovations (thanks ).
