Hi there,
here are some news and updates from xHain:
This Thursday we are going to discuss the option to expand to Grünberger Str. 13, aka Kulturschöpfer. It is very likely, that they move out in June.
We could apply to the corner piece of the house. This is about 170sqm and includes the main entrance room, 4 rooms of different sizes, a close to accessible WC and a kitchen.
We could also apply to a space with store entrance next to the corner of the house, this is 70 sqm. It includes 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a small WC.
We could also do nothing or apply to both options.
The discussion will be about if and to which option we tend, financing, use cases and planning of the first steps.
Traditionally we're going to hang out afterwards and venture in the rabbit holes of the discussion.
All members are cordially invited to join this meeting! This is an important discussion and will define xHain's future.

We are hosting the parklet in front of Kadiner Straße 13. It is a raised bed and a seating area on a parking spot. You should check it out if you haven't been there.
Please help to take care of this little island of urban seclusion. Give it water and take the trash away. Unfortunately all useful plants like basil got stolen, so if you plant something, it better be useless and ugly or chained to the parklet.
If you are the lucky one, who has to close down the space, please make sure to turn our traffic light to red. Thank you so much!
