Current status is, that there's damage in the ceiling, which needs to be repaired first. Our landlord WBM is in charge of this operation und currently getting estimates. There's a slight chance that this happens before the end of this year.
In other news, the landlord approved our favoured ceiling option. Pending on the repairs, we might install the drop ceiling in January. Check out https://matrix.to/#/#xsprawl:x-hain.de and stay tuned.
We've had an exciting year at xHain. Come join us in celebration of xHighlights. As is tradition, we're going to have a potluck and other shared snacks. Hope to see you there!
Accepted proposal: We allocate between 400 and 1000 euro for the creation of the Goldsmithing Branch. Ronja to be the Curator. This was also accepted in Round Table on 2025-11-05.
