Most of you know, that Romy is our donut fairy. She comes by 1 to 3 times a week and leaves rescued food for us.
If a batch of e.g. donuts arrive, please always store them in the kitchen and put out the donut piggy bank. The responsibility for covering them up and/or but them in the fridge at the end of the evening is on all of us. Please don't leave that to the last keyholder.
It is uncommon to donate for donated food, but in this case it finances equipment for the food rescue, like tupper and bags. Romy is carrying food as far as Kreuzberg throughout the day. Don't hesitate to feed the piggy bank, so that she can afford a trolley some day. Thank you!
We have a cleaning lady now, who comes in twice a week and cleans our bathrooms as well as the kitchen floors. Everything else is up to us.
We have discontinued the Curator meetings and moved the Enting/Vorstand meeting to the last Wednesday of the month at 20:00.
Topics regarding curatorship can be discussed at the Round Table. For internal communiction as well as community building we want to have more Branch Meetings. These can be set up independently and should be more casual and sociable compared to a Round Table. Ask your Curator, maybe you can help.
Accepted Proposal: Add Amesicle as 3D-Curator.
Reasoning: Amesicle is currently an instructor for 3D-Lab, wants to do more by becoming a curator and has Akin's total support.
