Vorstand/Enting Meeting - August 26th 20:00

With August we changed our governance meeting times to 20:00. The Round Tables is on 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month and the Vorstand/Enting meeting on last Wednesday.
In addition there will be Branch Meetings, which are set and organised by the Curators.
As it is tradition, we are only two weeks away from moving in G18. All joking aside, it looks like the locking system for the front door will be finished during August.
Textiles and 3D-Lab are currently building up their infrastructure. You're welcome to offer your assistance, just ask in the respective channel.
As we had several episodes of theft in the past weeks, we urge you to keep the front door closed, whenever possible. Consider other options for ventilation (LaserLab window) or open the door for a limited time and under supervision.
As it is warm outside it's only practical to leave the door open, but it is something we can't afford.
In the future we going to have a RFID locking system, which will demand the doors closed at all times. We could implement other options, like a boom gate, but this needs to be planned and built.
Every 2nd Saturday of the month we have a infrastructure day at xHain, from 13:00 till 22:00. This month it's on 8th. During this time it is discouraged to work on personal projects. You should help keeping and building on our infrastructure instead. Arround 19:00 we will have dinner together.

Accepted Proposal: Making Sara (@sarafarnsworth:x-hain.de) a Curator of Hobelhöhle.
Reasoning: She’s there quite often, gained a lot of experience there and would like to get more involved in maintaining the machines, as well as giving induction sessions. As she uses the space a lot, she’d also like to show her appreciation by taking care of it. Olli considers her to be trustworthy, and the other curators agreed.
