We are testing to handle xHain's administration like a Branch, to make our governance structure more approachable.

On December 11th at 20:00 we're having our yearly Governance Meeting. This time it will be rather exciting: We will vote on new Governance Curators (Ordentlich Mitglieder), vote on all 5 Vorstände, and
having the finalisation of the Enting.
There will be a celebration afterwards and all members are cordially invited.

As correctly predicted two weeks ago, we're finally starting to move into G18 \o/
xPress will move this Saturday (October 3rd at 13:00), Textiles' plans are to move in on next Saturday (October 10th at 13:00). Your help and input is very welcome!
At the moment the second room is still in infrastructure build-up mode. 3D-Lab is expected to move in within a few weeks and Jewelry will follow.
This will bring a lot of further changes to xHain's space layout. Electronics will expand into old Textile, Hobelhöhle will expand into old 3D-Lab, food related stuff will move to Kombüse, backroom will be solely for storage, Lobby will get decluttered, LaserLab storage will be sort out to store member boxes, and a lot more. These might be done spontaneously or on short notice, stay tuned in the Member and Branch chats.
If you are a key holder of xHain, your SSH key will also work for G18. Check with https://wiki.x-hain.de/en/Infrastructure/xDoor/app-setup how to set it up. Might take a few days till all how-to's are updated.

Accepted Proposal: Lou (@lou:x-hain.de) becomes an additional Curator of Textiles.
Reasoning: Lou has volunteered to, and has been very involved in the Textiles Branch for a long time.
Accepted Proposal: Add Dganit (@dganite:x-hain.de) as new Curator for xPress.
Reasoning: She has experience with book binding and other xPress related activities, and Alice and Richard value her input and participation.
Accepted Proposal: The association shall establish branches.
Branches may set up their own donation boxes and will be allocated their own cash fund in the safe.
Donation boxes must be emptied several times a week. The collected amounts must be deposited in the safe and recorded in the books.
Cash on hand for each branch shall not exceed 200 EUR. If the amount is higher, the excess must be deposited into the bank account.
