Welcome to xHain Governance! We care about xHain's administration. Things like providing meetings, community building, being a point of contact, ensuring rule observation and protocol, managing big decisions, and more.
If you are interested in governance you should join the Matrix channel and come to our meetings:
- Round Table (1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month at 20:00 at Lichtung)
- Vorstand Meeting (last Wednesday of the month at 20:00 at Lichtung)
- Mitgliederversammlung (At least once a year in December in the Lobby)

¶ Legal entity "eingetragener Verein" or e.V.
In Germany, a Verein is basically a group of people who join together because they share a common interest or goal.
German law gives these clubs a clear legal structure and allows them to organize themselves largely according to their own rules. But the legal requirements of a Verein must be followed. All the following documents are in German:
